About iLead Strategy

iLead Strategy Legacy is a training and consulting organization based in Malaysia, with over a decade of experience in developing leadership potential and soft skills. Beginning in 2013 with student leadership camps, motivational sessions, and academic empowerment programs, iLead Strategy was officially registered in 2014 and has been operating under a new brand name since 2020.

        Today, iLead Strategy offers strategic leadership training, soft skills development, team-building programs, event management, as well as special workshops for schools, colleges, institutions, and communities. In Kuantan, Pahang, we have served various schools and organizations including SK Wira, SK Pooi Ming, UPKK KFAZ, and SK Batu 3, with the mission to inspire, guide, and shape future leaders. iLead Strategy has also organized the Teamwork Strengthening Course for the Malaysian Highway Authority, in addition to collaborating with various departments, institutions, and private companies in capacity-building programs.
