Founded in 2013, iLEAD Strategy Legacy is a Malaysian training and consultancy organisation dedicated to developing people, strengthening teams, and building high-performance organisations.
What began with a passion for leadership development has evolved into more than a decade of experience designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse industries, organisations, institutions, and communities.
Today, iLEAD Strategy provides Leadership Development, Corporate Team Building, Soft Skills Training, Organisational Development, and customised learning solutions designed around the real challenges faced by people and organisations.
We believe effective training should do more than transfer knowledge. It should change perspectives, influence behaviour, strengthen capabilities, and inspire action. That is why our programmes combine experiential learning, practical application, behavioural insights, gamification, and real-world scenarios to create learning experiences that participants can understand, experience, and apply.
